 Larry Stuckart
Executive Director
Larry Stuckart is Executive Director, responsible for all facets of Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs. He has served in the position for the past 14 years and has over 32 years of social service experience.
Stuckart began his career in 1972 as the newsletter editor, food-stamp clerk and janitor of the East Neighborhood Center of Spokane Community Action Council. Leaving for one year to work at a small group home, he returned to the East Neighborhood Center as the Center Coordinator.
Stuckart's position evolved, as did the organization. He advanced to Assistant Director, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of an organization now known as Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs.

Stuckart serves, or has served, as:

- Member, Advisory Committee to Public Council of the Washington State Attorney General's Office
- Member, East Central Neighborhood Steering Committee
- Formerly represented Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Alaska as a member of the National Community Action Foundation board
- Past president, Washington State Association of Community Action Agencies
- Past president, St. Ann's Parish Council
Stuckart graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor's degree in 1972 and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership in 1993.
Chris Davis
Director of Housing Improvements Division
Chris Davis is the Director of Housing Improvements for Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs, responsible for administering energy efficiency, housing and education services to low-income households. Davis manages a budget of $3 million and directs over 25 staff, to provide Weatherization, Emergency Housing Repair, Housing Rehabilitation, Conservation Education and Living Green programs to area households.
Davis joined SNAP in the summer of 2004, bringing his experience in architecture, social services, program management, contracts and grants management and volunteer coordination. Davis was previously employed with The Community Colleges of Spokane, Post Falls School District and Wells and Company Architecture. He is a native of Spokane.
Davis received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies at Washington State University.
Margaret Belote
Energy Program Coordinator
Margaret Belote has 33 years of experience in the field of social service. She began her career as a Parent Involvement Specialist for the Head Start Program, followed by the manager of the Senior Nutrition program in Deer Park and Elk. She has worked with the SNAP energy program for the past 25 years.
Belote is responsible for the management and operation of the federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the Limited Rate Assistance Program(LIRAP), Project Share and FEMA. This includes hiring and training of staff for these programs, assuring contract compliance, working with county heating vendors and other social service agencies, grant applications, budgets and reports.

Daniel O. Jordan, ACSW
Director of Community Services
Dan Jordan is the Director of Community Services for Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs. With over 34 years of experience in the field of social service, Jordan is responsible for the oversight of Customer Service and Emergency Services at neighborhood-based offices of SNAP, SpokaneWorks, Long Term Care Ombudsman and The Clemente Course in the Humanities.
Jordan is also, responsible for coordinating the development of AmeriCorps VISTA projects (9) for SNAP. In addition he coordinates the Planning Committee of the Board of Directors in overseeing and evaluating the implementation of Results Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) principles in SNAP programs and services.
Jordan is a:

- Member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW)
- Member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)
- Diplomate in Clinical Social Work
Jordan received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oregon State University, and a Master of Social Work from California State University, Sacramento.
 Ray Rieckers
Director of Housing Opportunities
Ray Rieckers is the Director of Housing Opportunities for Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs. With 28 years of experience in the delivery of Social Services and the development of housing, Rieckers is responsible for budgeting, program management, policy development, program implementation and evaluation for the programs within the Housing Opportunities Division.
Rieckers has worked for the Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs since 1978, and has worked in all three major divisions of SNAP.
With the help of a dedicated and effective staff, he has worked to create and sustain all of the programs in the Housing Opportunities Division including the Homeless Program, the Mortgage Assistance Program, the Economic Development Programs, and Property Development and Management.
Rieckers is proud to have participated in the development of housing that is sustainable and affordable, to help people become and remain homeowners, to be involved as people are able to gain control of their own economic future and to help reduce the pain and trauma of homelessness.
Rieckers is involved in a number of community activities on the local and state levels including the:
- Spokane Low Income Housing Consortium
- Washington State Low Income Housing Alliance
He also works part-time as adjunct to the faculty at Eastern Washington University.
Rieckers received an Associate of Arts degree from Spokane Falls Community College, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Washington University and a Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University.
