SNAP’s Community Voice Mail program provides a free, 24-hour voice mail number that connects people in crisis or transition to jobs, housing and other vital resources. Participants in this program can later apply for low-cost telephone service.
Services: Participants receive an easy-to-use, personalized voice mail number that can be checked 24-hours a day, seven days a week from any phone.

Requirements: Any person who is looking for a job, is phoneless and/or in crisis or transition is eligible for a free community voice mail number.
