When you make an appointment, several questions must be answered to determine your household's initial eligibility. If it appears that your household may be eligible and if there is funding available an appointment will be scheduled. 

The amount of assistance varies from $25 - $1000 and is based on:

• Your household’s annual heating costs
• Total household size
• The type of housing
• Total household income

Your total household income must be at or below 125% of the federal poverty guidelines.
