•    Client must be a homeowner.
•    Households must be below 50% median income for Spokane County.
•    If you are over 60 and not below 50% of median income, a sliding fee scale is used to determine the percentage of cost SNAP will cover. The client is billed for the remaining amount.
•    Refrigerators may be repaired for renters but only with legal proof of ownership of appliance.
•    Washers and dryers can only be repaired for client is over 60 (homeowner or rental).
•    Renters over 60 must prove ownership of appliances.
