When funds are available, loans in amounts up to $15,000 can be made to assist eligible households with home purchases. The program is available to first-time buyers with incomes at or below 80% of area median income. Borrowers must be able to invest, from their own savings, 3% of the purchase price. An acceptable credit history is required. Other restrictions may apply. Subject to availability.
