This new program provides business assistance and loan funding to small businesses that will create new jobs and incorporate “green” or sustainable business practices. The following business districts will receive priority:

• East Spokane
• Spokane Valley
• Hillyard
• Deer Park
• West Central
• West Plains

• Technical business assistance
• Help in writing a business plan
• Access to business loans to start a new business
• Access to business loans to expand an existing business
