Vehicle Emission Repair Program

If your vehicle has failed the emissions test, and you fall within our guidelines, financial help may be available for you through ACCESS.

Requirements for the program are as follows:

1. Failed Vehicle Emissions Test

2. Income verification for all adults in household

3. Must be a resident of Spokane County

4. Valid Washington State Driver’s License

5. Proof of Insurance for vehicle which failed emissions test

6. Total household income less than 175% of Federal Poverty Level

Money is available only for the repair of your vehicle to bring it into compliance with emission guidelines. There are a limited number of slots available. Call for an appointment.
